Randy’s Dive Shop Shipping Policy
Free Shipping policy:
- Free shipping applies to orders greater than $99 before tax, shipping and handling.
- Free shipping is excluded on some items (weights, tanks, etc). Look for Eligible for Free Shipping on orders over $50 to see which products qualify.
- Free Shipping applies to GROUND shipping rates only. Expedited shipping requests will be charged as normal according to companies (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) shipping rates.
- Free Shipping is available only to United States shipping addresses in the 48 Continental United States.
- Special order or handling fees may still apply.
- Free shipping does not apply to any APO/FPO military addresses, PO Box addresses or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Free Shipping is valid with gift certificates.
- Cancelling, combining, or changing your address may affect Free Shipping availability.
Due to increased amount of fraud Our current Order Processing time is 1-5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on destination.
Order Verification policy:All orders are subject to our order verification policy, failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerable delay in the processing and shipping of your order.
Canceled Order policy:If any order has not already been shipped, a full refund will be given except for special order items. If the item has been shipped then the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.
Special Order Items policy: These are items that we normally don’t stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer. Special orders are all final sale items and as such are all non-refundable. These orders also may take additional time.
Exchanges can be done but are subject to additional shipping charges. The item that needs to be exchanged must be in NEW condition and must not have been used. All the products sold on randysdiveshop.com are NEW items. Items returned for a SIZE exchange are also subject to additional shipping charges.
Out of stock Items: In the unlikely event that an item that is marked in stock is actually out of stock, our customer service department will contact you immediately and if agreed, the out of stock item will be shipped as soon as we receive it from our manufactures. Should you choose not to wait, we can either offer you a different product, or, of course, a full refund with our sincerest apology.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes and Hotels & Forwarding Places policy: Currently we do not offer shipping service to P.O. Boxes and Hotels & Forwarding Places
International Shipping: Currently we do not offer International Shipping.
Shipping Rules: Randy’s Dive Shop ships 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, throughout the United States. Normal shipping time is anywhere from one to five business days from the time when order is placed depending on the merchandise ordered. Randy’s Dive Shop uses a variety of shipping options from different carriers depending on the destination. A signature may be required on shipments at any time. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from the shipper. In almost all cases someone must be at the address to accept the shipment.
In cases where free shipping is selected for orders over $99, Randy’s Dive Shop reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier. If you have a specific request regarding the carrier used, please call us prior to your order being placed.
