We think you’ll agree that Randy’s Dive Shop has the best return policy in the online scuba store industry. You have 30 days to return the merchandise for full refund and another 30 days (60 days total) to return for store credit. So go ahead shop with ease of mind. After delivery, if you are not fully satisfied with the products you can return it, no questions asked.
Return & Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for full refund, then another 30 days (60 days in total) to return for exchange or store credit as long as you haven’t used it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Defective & Incorrect: If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.
Pressure Free Buying: Doesn’t fit? We’ll arrange return of your item and bring you another size – without additional shipping costs. Our Pressure Free Buying makes shopping for Suits, BCDs, Fins or any product with sizing simply easy.

- You’ll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD’s, and DVD’scannot be opened (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
- In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
